How Our Referral Program Works
Introduce a client to us, we'll take care of the SR&ED work. You'll get a referral fee % based on our consulting fees
Refer a Client
A simple introduction to our team at LFG Partners.

We will set up a new SR&ED engagement with them.

Alternatively, you can subcontract the SR&ED directly with us.
​
On average, we charge around 15% of ITC's recovered, on a contingency basis. The rate varies depending on certain factors, upon learning more about the client.
SR&ED Work Process
We will set up scoping meetings with our clients' technical and R&D team project members.
​
We then write the technical reports required for the SR&ED claim, and compile the financial and tax information for the CRA tax schedules.
​
The SR&ED tax schedules for investment tax credits are delivered.
​
Typically, the CRA has established a 4-8 month period to assess the claim, but on average most submissions are subject to a 2-4 month period, with some accepted as early as two days.
SR&ED Refund Accepted
After the CRA accepts the SR&ED claim, we invoice the client our fees, and upon collection of the revenue proceeds, we pay you the referral fee as agreed upon.

If you are subcontracting to us, you invoice the client and remit the work fees to us.
​
Our standard partner referral fee is 10% of the revenue.
